My favorite cookbook
Tessa's cookbook is personable, beautiful and has easy to prepare recipes. I love the memories here and here throughout the book. She has created a cookbook with warmth and genuine love of life. This is our families number one cookbook! Thank you so much Tessa!

 beautiful book, haven't cooked much from it though
First off, I agree with most of the reviewers in that this cookbook is gorgeous to look at. Sometimes I even browse through it before bed because the pictures and food decorations are very inspiration. However, I've found that I don't cook much from this cookbook. Many of the recipes strike me as comfort foods and very rich --not something I'd want to eat everyday. I do like to break out this book for special occasions though. I made the risotto ball recipe for a party and it was a hit.
Love This Beautiful Cookbook
Apples for Jam is one of the best cookbooks I own. Not only is it gorgeous but the recipes are wonderful. Hit's with our family have been the Chicken Cutlets with Tomatoes and Capers, Sausage and Potato Goulash, Scallopini with Ham and Cheese and Chicken Sauteed with Cheese and Milk. My favorite though so far is Penne with Shrimp, Cream and Tomato, which is simply fabulous. The recipes while interesting and delicious are easy to prepare. It brings meals with a gourmet flair to my table without a lot of fuss or time, which I appreciate. The cookbook is beautiful as well and is uniquely organized by color of the dishes which adds appeal as well. A good cookbook to own or to give to as a gift. I highly recommended it.
