 Funny As Hell
When I first opened the book and saw almost all excerpts from the scripts I thought this might not bewhat I was hoping for. I bought it thinking that there'd be some behind the scenes stories that might be interesting. There is some, but not a lot. What they did do is select certian topics or issues that have come up in the series and then put up parts of the scripts that dealt with those issues. And they do it very well because I was laughing out loud every time I picked it up in the john (Good bathroom reading). If you're a big time fan, then you'll really get a kick out of this book...
 Where's Damien??
Shouldn't this book have included Damien? Or did I imagine this series actually once had an interesting young character? C'mon people! Damien is the son of Rescue Me's Holy Spirit. Don't you think he was worth mentioning?? Rumor is the Prodigal Son is in training to fight fires and save damsels in sexual distress. Revised Edition. Soon, I hope.

Any fan of the show Rescue Me needs to have this. A book of qoutes from all the episodes. The funny ones, the sad ones, the bitter ones are all right here to remember and makes you want to get out your DVDS and watch the shows all over again and again!!
Leary As A Firefighter
Leary has done such a magnificant service for our nation's firefighters, he has done what our local and federal governments wouldn't do or weren't funded to do. I suggest that anyone who thinks that his portrayal of a firefighter that uses 4 letter words try to BE a fire fighter who DOESN'T use 4 letter words. You would be called a Saint. Leary is no slouch in the reality department.

A sweet rememberance for any Rescue Me fan! You laugh all over again as you can actually visualize the clip in your head as you read this book.
