It was an interesting book but was not what I expected.
I thought it would have more of a spiritual content.
I did enjoy reading it.

If searching for how to prepare your body as well as your heart, mind and spirit, for worship in the dance, then this is the book your need.I really like that Paulette helps train your body and spirit.The scripture reference right there for each day is such a help (not to mention the work out photos). As a worship dance teacher I think this book is great to have for the beginner as well as the intermediate student to read.
It is very clear that the Holy Spirit of the One True Living God is with Paulette.Thank you Paulette for moving forward with the call that the Adonai has placed on you.

VERY GOOD BOOK TO HAVE IN YOUR DANCE LIBRARY, SHE GIVE YOU DIALY READING TO READ OUT OF THE BIBLE. DAILY TELLS YOU HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY AS A DANCER. DAILY EXERCISES.
Every dancer should read it
It is a must read. I specially loved the statement at the beginning of the book for a worshiper that dances. I use it with my dance team as a statement of who we are in God and what He has called us to do. I truly recommend it.
