 Better than expected.
I was talking to a friend about Flamenco guitarists and he recommended this artist. I ordered a CD by him and was totally satisfied with the quality of work. I will buy more of his music.

Saw Esteban live in San Antonio at a bar and really liked him. CD recreates live performance well

This is a very lively CD, I like all the songs on this CD. You will play this over and over. Looking forward to Esteban's next work.
Best of Esteban
This is one of the best guitar cd's I have heard. He has such fresh, crisp music with beautiful accompaniment playing with him.
 Hasta la vista
As an alternative, please consider buying Andres Segovia's Gymnopedies or Gnossiemes by Satie. I heard Segovia was Esteban's mentor. I'm sure the skill was transferred, but there's no accounting for taste. The 2 solo guitar pieces on the album are superb, but the others are crowded by flute, drum and violin accompaniments. Esteban's talent is undeniable, but overproduction is a killer. Sorry, sir, but Esteban, as a viola soloist, I must speak my mind! Thank you for your contribution to the collective.
